What is not here
There is no file of the 11,603 individuals. Each of them has a page, which is a considered editorial decision about identifiable people; a single file containing all of them is a different thing — it is the database, in the form that makes it trivial to copy, and that is the form the register's own terms and UK database right are aimed at.
If you are researching the profession and the aggregates are not enough, write to us and say what you need it for.

These files are derived from the public CILEX registers and from Companies House. Companies House data is Crown copyright, published under the Open Government Licence. The register data is CILEx Regulation's. Attribute both, and see methodology for what the numbers can and cannot support.
